Director Project Delivery Jobs in South Carolina

Excellent negotiation skills and at least three years’ experience in negotiating contract

Manages the Operations and project team which includes, but is not limited to; first responders, superintendents, vendors, suppliers, AOE/EOR’s, and clients

Reviews contracts and manages the financial aspects of contracts; ensures job margin analysis is completed on a regular basis

Recruits Restoration Supervisors and Project Managers

Must show progression to Senior Project Manager or leadership role in past positions

Knowledge and use of T&M, Xactimate, negotiations with insurance providers (adjusters, consultants, etc)

Significant experience and understanding of the Nuclear Industry and its approaches, including requirements of both Owners and Contractors.

Has significant experience collaborating clients and creating relationships between Owners and Contractors that are productive and Partnered.

Manages the Strategic Vision and to develop a real and powerful competitive advantage in the nuclear industry

Works to contribute to the strategic capabilities and advantages of Aecon-Wachs.

Has the experience and the background to guide Aecon-Wachs through all phases of the refurbishment project.

BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
