Knowledge / Skills / Proficiencies:

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in engaging with the community and in internal contexts.

Preferred minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Serve as the public and media representative for OCF, effectively conveying its mission, values, and accomplishments.

Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders, encompassing the board of directors, beneficiaries, community influencers, donors, and potential contributors.

Drive strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships to achieve the organization's mission and goals.

Five or more years of senior management experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Manage and lead the Finance Director who serves as the staff accountant and the organization’s Endowment.

Be a channel of communication with senior management and direct reports.

High level of business acumen, including successful P & L management and data analysis.

Work collaboratively and creatively with the Chief Advancement Officer.
