Oversee and coordinate U.S. launches of global 21CB marketing initiatives and thought leadership (for example, A Colourful View from The Top)

Coordinate 21CB’s presence at key industry events and conferences, as well as develop marketing content and follow up with prospective clients

Experience and desire to manage and grow teams with a relentlessly positive mindset, great teamwork, leadership, and communication abilities.

Day-to-day management of vendors, coaching, support, and system support staff

Own, manage, and scale all digital marketing channels: Search, Social, Video, Podcast, Email/SMS, Affiliate, and Partnerships.

Own, manage, and report upon all Website, App & Subscription platform data and analytics, including regular member surveys and NPS reporting.

Current subscription and membership experience, ideally including premium membership models.
