Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Strongly preferred HVAC industry experience

7 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in product/portfolio development or management, preferably in an educational publishing environment required.

PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, Agile or SAFe Project Management certification or training is preferred.

Manages tools and resources (e.g. road mapping, prototyping) to ensure they are aligned with development strategy and can meet objectives.

Experience leading and mentoring individuals within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft products.

Creatively develops and refines strategic project launch plans when adjustments to deadlines and milestones are required.

7+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related field.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior management.

Lead cross-functional teams responsible for product development, quality assurance, content creation, video development, and project management.

Work closely with the finance team to manage the product budget, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide regular updates on product development progress to the senior management team.
