Leadership or managerial experience within an HR function, or a combination of education and other relevant experience

Knowledge in leadership development, with experience in facilitating training and growth programs for managers/leaders

Oversee and potentially facilitate management training & development programs

Philanthropic planning & relationship management

Manage employee benefit vendors, including health benefits, insurance, retirement, employee perks, etc.

Experience with data entry, data processing, communication tools, payroll and human resources software
