Overview The Director of People Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall business objectives. This role is responsible for the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The Director of People Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall business objectives. The Director of People Development will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the organization’s people strategies are aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives. The Director of People Development will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support the organization’s talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development goals. • Experience in developing and implementing programs and initiatives that support the organization’s talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development goals
