Director Of Operations Bakery Group Nyc Jobs

Manages and/or provides appropriate support for support functions such as accounting/finance human resources information technology.

Responsible for the manufacture of safe quality foods that meet the requirements of all regulatory agencies and our customers

Years of Experience: 10+ years bakery production or related experience

Must have great collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work closely with cross-functional teams.

Solid technical knowledge of bakery manufacturing operations

Defines and directs the administration plant or facility policies within the framework and intent of the companys manufacturing charter.

5+ years of business operations management experience (required)

Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement

Training all project managers and supervisors on subject matter janitorial knowledge, safety, client satisfaction and proactive leadership thinking.

Cover project manager/supervisor call outs in an emergency

Identify safety requirements, train, and implement safety protocols

Identify all cleaning equipment required for jobs and train managers/supervisors on equipment so they can train employees properly.

Ability to work and influence leadership by utilizing a strong attention to detail and time management skills

Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Retail

5+ years of experience running demand generation strategies

3+ years experience managing public relations and external communications

Establish relationships with major publications that focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, insurance, and finance content

Prior experience setting up events, meetups, and other business related functions

Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work

Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.

Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

1 year of work experience

Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work

Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
