Director Of Continuous Improvement

QLM Search is partnering a fast growth manufacturing group that is recruiting a Director of Continuous Improvement.

Reporting to the SVP Manufacturing, the role has been created to play a critical role in a major supply chain transformation program.

The role will develop and role out a world class CI methodology across Manufacturing, Supply and Quality.

To be considered for this high profile role you must have the following experience:

• Multi-site experience – ideally across North America
• Operate at a tactical and strategic level in order to deliver leading CI methodologies and strategies – recognised as the expert within the business
• Demonstrable experience of implementing Lean and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
• Previous experience of leading change and transformation using Opex/Continuous techniques
• Experience of leading complex operational excellence and CI transformation programmes within CPG
