12+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, success criteria and milestone deliverables

Manage coordination of internal and external partners and ensure proactive communication, alignment, timely resolution of issues and escalation as needed

10+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

Build the investment project charter including the delineation of comprehensive resources required to accomplish the project manufacturing excellence targets

Incorporate Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodology--safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability—into the project framework

Education, Work Experience & Specialized Skills or Knowledge

Must possess excellent analytical skills, be capable of critical thinking, and must demonstrate a solid knowledge of company finances

Prepare inventory budget and forecasts for senior management review and implementation.

Negotiate with vendors in coordination with marketing and product management team on a regular basis.

Perform research, special projects or write reports as requested by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the purchasing department.

Ten or more years of progressively more responsible positions within inventory management / purchasing and logistics arenas
