Sr Director Of International Business Jobs in Arizona

Leads all aspects of team talent management, including performance, career development, and succession planning.

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Management, Business, Engineering or an equivalent field of study. MS Preferred.

Helps define functional goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, engineering, and sales.

Oversees and manages Strategic/Operational Procurement and Strategic and Operational Planning, Logistics and Indirect Material.

Ensures consistency and compliance with all external regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible and diversified business experience as an Operations/Manufacturing leader in a manufacturing environment is required.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities

7+ years of experience in food sales, large market grocery sales, and CPG food sales

Must have experience doing business in Mexico and Central America

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
