Strong management skills, including experience leading external vendor partners and matrixed IT organizations for fully coordinated systems implementation/delivery.

Experience with SCCM for OSD, Application Deployment, and patch management preferred

Minimum required – Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Previous experience using, or knowledge of, Viewpoint preferred.

VMWare cluster management, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Windows server management, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Manages, hires, and trains IT staff.

Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.

10 + years of experience in an IT role, AEC experience preferred.

Experience managing a team and delegating work.

Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Developing staff including coaching, mentoring and performance management.

Building cloud management solutions, including software development, integration, and ongoing engineering aspects.

Creating self-service mechanisms to streamline infrastructure provisioning and ongoing management

Introduces innovative, differentiating infrastructure and operations capabilities that enhance our overall competitive capabilities and enhance employee productivity.

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10+ years of experience in IT or law firm technology.

Strong business acumen, including industry, domain-specific knowledge of the enterprise and its business units
