Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect patient data and sensitive information.

3+ years experience with identity and access management (IAM) technologies and authentication mechanisms

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or similar

7+ years Information Technology leadership experience

5+ years experience in federal government contracting, specifically the DOD

5+ years experience working within the ITAR regulations

5+ years experience with Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, enterprise applications, and IT service management

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness

Proven experience as a Director of Information Technology or in a similar senior IT leadership role

In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, including cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing IT team
