Experience: 6-9 years related experience, management/leadership experience preferred, preferably in a life sciences company and/or multinational corporation.

Liaise with procurement peers to ensure a consistent approach to category strategies and management.

Drive innovation and the development of how to satisfy the requirements of goods and services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a related discipline. MBA or Engineering degree preferred.

Experience in tendering, contracting and managing ground transporters, freight forwarders and brokers.

Experience with specialty ground and air freight plus specialty couriers.

5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a 3PL management role.

Experience with logistics management software is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Manage the logistics budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary limits.

Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and logistics processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
