Fundraising Analytics Associate - Days- Midtown Location

Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, the Fundraising Analytics Associate will be responsible for ensuring data quality, developing reports, and generating analysis in support of NewYork-Presbyterian’s fundraising operations and strategy. Using Salesforce, Tableau, and other tools, the Associate will support the delivery of actionable insights on fundraising performance and industry trends. In order to be successful, this individual should be detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides occasional data entry support
• Owns processes and builds collaborative relationships across the department to maintain data quality and govern usage
• Develops and maintains analytics solutions such as self-service reports and dashboards
• Creates and maintains accurate documentation for data sources and reports

Preferred Criteria

• Experience with SQL or other relational database structures
• Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with a constituent relationship management database such as Salesforce

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel experience

$58,500-$79,000
