Prior managerial experience of a team in the analytics, data science or strategic finance space

Supervise, develop, and retain a best-in-class team with members at both the manager & analyst level

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics or other relevant fields

8+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment building or contributing to sophisticated forecast models that leverage large-scale datasets

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate & influence

Strong communicator with executive presence and experience delivering presentations to leadership

Strong project management experience (planning, prioritization, objective setting, contingency planning, meeting management, and plan execution) and flexibility to juggle multiple priorities.

Manage a transparent, well-documented, and assumption-driven demand forecast process

10 or more years of experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company, with 7+ years in analytic or consulting roles

Forecasting experience required, leading launch forecasting initiatives

Foundational experience in primary care market or acid-related disorders a plus

Proven experience communicating complex analyses in a simple and clear manner

5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including budgeting and forecasting

Solid understanding of financial statement analysis, statistical analysis, corporate finance and financial modeling

Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field

Restaurant or multi-unit retail industry experience

5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, including budgeting and forecasting

Previous experience in Power Markets, Energy Arbitrage, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

6+ years of accounting experience; prior public accounting experience is helpful

Non-profit experience is highly preferred

Experience managing a team and coaching staff
