8+ years of marketing experience in Consumer Packaged Goods company, Luxury, or creative Agency. MBA preferred but not required.

Experience developing and partnering with Trade Marketing teams to create effective trade assets and commercial programs.

Experience developing innovation strategies and long-term strategic plans

Responsible for creating and implementing long term strategy for Diageo to drive growth for the gin category

Define innovation and new to world pipeline and build the case to support the plan

Develop, implement and optimize growth drivers for Tanqueray trademark.

Base Salary Range: $124,440.00- $177,120.00 /yr., actual pay will be based on relevant qualifications and experience

Min.5 years of relevant experience Marketing Loyalty / Analytics industry

Experience in Software Consulting or in Application Solution architecture

Knowledge of SaaS and Loyalty Marketing Solutions

Gather customer technical requirements and recommending solutions

Roadmap enhancement, following competitive offerings (e.g. Aimia, LoyaltyOne, Kobie Marketing, Epsilon, Oracle)
