Detailed Job Description The Director of Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace. This includes creating and managing programs that foster a culture of respect and inclusion, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures that support diversity and inclusion. The Director will also be responsible for creating and managing diversity and inclusion training programs, as well as providing guidance and support to employees on diversity and inclusion issues. The Director will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and making recommendations for improvement. Job Skills Required

• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures that support diversity and inclusion
• Experience in creating and managing diversity and inclusion training programs
