This position pays between $13.20 -$20.94 depending upon experience, location market and company guidelines.

Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database. SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs.

Adhere to all international importing and exporting regulations.

Knowledge of import/export documentation requirements and experience classifying products for import/export

Other responsibilities and projects as assigned

2-5 years of experience in import/export compliance functions

Working knowledge of relevant import and export regulations in the Americas, specifically for the US

Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems and a willingness to learn

Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Interact with internal staff, management of all levels, internal departments

Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with all record keeping requirements.
