Director Of Communications Internal Relations Jobs in Virginia

In-depth knowledge of general business operations and excellent communications skills

Excellent verbal, writing, editing and interpersonal skills – purposefully creative storytelling

Strong content creation and delivery skills, including company newsletters, communications hub (intranet), videos and presentations

Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Knowledge of clinical vocabulary is preferred

Minimum of 10 years of communications experience; agency experience is a plus

Manage a team of fulltime staff and be accountable for guiding team contributions to organizational objectives and their professional development objectives.

Actively manage team budget, evaluating results and developing corrective strategies as needed, and provide input to departmental budget process.

Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience preferred.

Master’s degree or extensive professional experience.

Experience developing communication and engagement strategies and evaluating effectiveness of communications.

Senior level experience in communications field.
