Four (4) plus years of experience in Real Estate Finance is required

Preparing & reviewing offering memorandums for lenders

Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders in reference to progress, timelines, and requirements for transaction closings.

Liaise with Finance, Accounting, and Marketing Departments to ensure dissemination of compliant content.

Escalate high-level risk issues to the Finance Department.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance is required

5 -7 years of progressively responsible financial management experience which must include SaaS experience

Exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail and outstanding project management skills

Conducts bi-monthly budget variance reviews with program executive and senior management ensuring budgets are fully maximized with no cost overruns

Assist in preparation of periodic presentation for the management and board meetings

Must have a solid understanding accounting processes coupled with strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS and internal controls

Knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)

Supervises accounting activities of finance staff for all programs, including procurement, account reconciliation and property management.

Previous work experience or education in a related area is desired.

Must have knowledge of governmental accounting at the state and federal levels.

Must have good organizational skills.

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Exercises authority over Council depository relationship and assures that all security pledge requirements are met.

Knowledge of the wealth management industry either from direct experience or deals

Prepare financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies

Work closely with other company leaders to characterize and manage the firm's capital needs, including coordination of fundraising processes

5+ years of strong experience with FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and strategy

Experience with Salesforce and Zuora (or other SaaS subscription management tool) extremely helpful.

Experience managing finance in a quickly growing SaaS company.

Has utilized workflow tools (Jira, Confluence, Clickup, etc) to manage finance departments.

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Advanced knowledge of GAAP.

Quickbooks knowledge and/or familiarity with other accounting systems.

Strong project and change management skills

Translate business objectives into team's Finance objectives and manage performance

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s accounting and IT technology platforms and software for both financial and managerial accounting purposes

Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management

Ensure production department maintains compliance with company’s quality management system

Previous finance experience in medical device, healthcare technology company or similarly regulated industry with manufacturing and development activities strongly preferred
