Director Of Clinical Coordination Jobs

Understands and acts upon the relationship between patient access, department operations, finance, and productivity.

Develops and manages daily department operations.

Holding a current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Assigns work, monitors, and manages staff productivity and work quality.

Three (3) years of successful demonstration of business development and/or relationship management experience.

Provides hands on assistance with set ups, adjustments or other tasks as needed to ensure a quality event experience.

A current portfolio of previous event planning experience.

Minimum 3 years of successful demonstration of business development and/or relationship management experience.

Serves on Quality Improvement Committees that include Resident Care management, Infection Control and Safety.

Experience in budget development and management.

Experience in program development and implementation, preferably with a focus on services for individuals with disabilities.

Manage and supervise a high performing team poised for growth.

Using person-centered practices, coordinate services for individuals with disabilities among different health and social service professionals and across settings of care.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Knowledge of health, social services, and funding sources that support individuals.

Must have knowledge of PDPM requirements of insurers
