Lead UX Strategy & Design:

Supports CCO with management of Trade Promotion Budget and Sales/Marketing Budget.

Strong analytical and commercial finance skills

Leads the monthly S&OP process in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

Bachelor’s level education in business or relevant field; MBA preferred.

Skilled in Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PPT). Familiarity with Nielsen/IRI is a plus.

Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.

12-15 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as information technology, delivery or business process management.

At least five (7) years previous account management experience in the healthcare industry.

P & L, sales and risk management experience preferred.

Manages successful delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.

Work with UIUX team to ensure requirements translate to mockups and meet interaction and design requirements for clients

Analyze data to provide actionable product insights and define product capabilities and assessment of operational data required

Proactively identify gaps in the current product offering and lead the effort to develop solutions that drive business value

Demonstrate knowledge on scaled agile methodology to ensure alignment to standards for project delivery

Familiar with software development methodology, story, and requirements definition

Outstanding communication and presentation skills

At least 7 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a technologically advanced company

Experience in operations for call centers or resolution centers highly preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Ability to commit to duration of project

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team; Prior management experience required

Proven experience in strategic merchandising planning, including product assortment and inventory management.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance merchandising skills and knowledge within the team.

Work closely with finance and operations teams to develop and manage the site merchandising budget effectively.

Deep understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, and budget planning.

Oversee the visual merchandising of our e-commerce platform, ensuring an intuitive and seamless customer experience.

Demonstrates organizational abilities and excellent project management leadership expertise. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, which includes active listening.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations management or business. MBA preferred.

Support Presidents and GMs to drive 80/20 methodology and processes

Works with business leadership to set priorities to improve efficiency, enhance profits, and stimulate growth.

Responsible for driving 8020 consistency and sustainability in the businesses

Guide business optimization and analysis efforts to facilitate strategic resource allocation

7-10 years of experience in business process optimization, operations management, or related fields, 5-7 of which should be in leadership positions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Manage and lead a team of business analysts and process improvement specialists.

Experience in a technology-driven industry preferred.

Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations, including process optimization, automation, and technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity for business optimization.
