Oversee the entire accounting process, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Payroll, and Inventory

Prior experience performing month-end closings

Oversee general ledger balancing and financial statement preparation

Complete monthly accounting close, including preparation and review of journal entries, analytical reports, and account reconciliations

Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis

Progressive experience – Senior Manager level Big 4 accounting firm. Industry experience in a multi-national, high growth public company a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent

Expertise evaluating financial and accounting aspects of business structures and contracts.

Assists management in applying financial data and analysis to solve administrative and operating problems.

Education: Undergraduate studies in accounting, finance or business administration; accounting major and degree preferred.

Prepares and analyzes the most complex pro forma financial data required for compliance with new requirements.

Manage RTR process team and ensure that the team functions effectively and efficiently

Partner with corporate finance team for initial consolidations of the legal entities

Build and manage relationships with the label/affiliates

Manage and coordinate the provision of timely and high-quality service and delivery to the business

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

MBA/Advanced Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

Ensure the monthly close process is managed efficiently and completed within the deadline

Work cross-functionally with an extended finance team to align P&L with forecast and other finance initiatives

8-10 years of relevant experience in both public accounting and industry

Experience in SAAS and related industry

Excellent verbal and written client facing communication skills

Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Provide ad hoc financial and analytic support to support management and/or external audit requests

Manage and perform the monthly and financial close process

Experience supporting the SaaS or technology industry

Experience with some sort of ERP system (NetSuite preferred)

Detail oriented, with exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

10-15 years of accounts payable experience, managing accounts payable processes and systems required

8-10 years of experience in a leadership role

Proven experience (8+ years) in financial operations, credit management, collections, cash management, and treasury.

Strong knowledge of credit risk management, collections strategies, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a history of effectively leading and motivating teams.

Supervise treasury operations, including the management of banking relationships, cash positioning, liquidity management, and foreign exchange transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA and CTP certifications are desirable.

8+ years of experience in nonprofit finance and accounting, with strong preference for exposure to federal awards and agreements

Philanthropic grants management and reporting

Manage Blue Forest’s accounting system (currently QuickBooks Online) and related software tools (e.g. Ramp for corporate spend and bill pay)

Manage and direct Blue Forest’s outsourced bookkeeping service provider

Actively manage and support 1-3 staff/senior accountant/accounting manager

Articulate, with strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills

Lead the monthly closing process ensuring all tasks are performed within the set timeframe

Oversee accounting for fixed assets including accounting for additions, deletions and monthly depreciation and review the reconciliations for these accounts

Oversee all aspects of lease accounting including monthly rents, right of use assets, % rent accounting and tenant allowance accounting

Prepare monthly journal entries for select departments working closely with FP&A and department heads

All other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge of payroll processing sufficient to reconcile accounts and handle various taxing issues/correspondence

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent required, CPA certification is preferred.
