Experience facilitating dialogue and leading conversations among student groups;

Experience facilitating discussions on online platforms;

Partner closely with project management, marketing, and social media teams and marketing/media vendors to request and deliver necessary marketing assets

Advanced experience in Meta Ads Manager

Advanced understanding of digital media buying process (i.e., digital vendors, negotiation, creative asset management, implementation, reporting)

Deliver media campaign updates to managers on a regular basis; recommend optimizations based on vendor / platform performance

Manage internal audience database and update across Facebook, Snapchat, & other required platforms at least weekly

Stay abreast of digital trends, competitive landscape, and new vendor offerings

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

Ability to demonstrate continued dedication to the field of health coaching through continuing education units & pursuit of new certifications.

Collaborates with clinical staff to coordinate and gather pertinent information from patients to support clinical management of chronic conditions.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Excellent team building skills and ability to build rapport with patients and care teams.

Provides education, information, and encouragement to patients about available health interventions including diet, fitness, behavioral and social connectivity programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to management

5+ years of experience in coaching, teaching, consulting, and/or organizational change

Knowledge of adult learning techniques and instructional design concepts for computer-based training

3-5 years experience developing and presenting computer-based training to a diverse audience

Working knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, operating systems, including mobile devices

o Develop and design learning material and educational content, which can be delivered via eLearning platforms

Experience and comfort working with mobile software applications and technology

Experience with customer service, preferably in healthcare

Experience providing care for another person, either professionally or outside of work

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience

Two years of experience coaching as a primary responsibility within an Agile environment

Experience with scaling frameworks, such as LeSS or Srum@Scale

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Professional, preferred
