2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in administration, office management, event planning, or similar field
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related degree is preferred, or equivalent workplace experience

Competent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes
