Research and map customer journeys for insight on improving customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Part-time internship during Spring 2024, a minimum of 8 in-person hours and a maximum of 20 hours per week

Lead user testing sessions for prototypes developed in the lab, document findings and present the analysis to inform the larger team

Support activities to teach design thinking to students

If on student visa, must be able to obtain CPT work authorization.

·Project management and potential to support client management.

Is willing to participate in tasks they may have little to no experience with, but are willing to learn.

The Design Researcher roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Is comfortable with ambiguity and is excited to make sense of chaos.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Establishes, fosters and maintains working relationships with peers and others within Bancorp/LOB Finance teams, markets and potentially all lines of business.

Typically requires minimum of 3 years work experience.

Database and analytical experience required.

Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Ability to effectively manage time.
