Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace - in and out of retail.

A demonstrable understanding of ecommerce and deep experience building experiences that drive revenue.

Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and 7+ years of experience in product design.

A strong design aesthetic that brings together brand expressions and systems thinking. You practice universal design and believe in inclusion.

Continually build engineering and product management relationships and be the bridge between UX and PM/Eng teams.

Education: BS/BA or equivalent practical experience

Management and tracking of multiple requests from various teams on an international level

Communication to cross-functional team leads and sr management

Collaborate and ideate with Program Managers to create, iterate, and improve programs across the organization

7+ years experience managing interactive design or creative projects
