100% remote – candidates can sit in any state EXCEPT for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada

Analyzes user experience data and provides recommendations to address business needs

3+ years of relevant work experience

● A portfolio featuring program management and/or design operations work

● Identify, manage and resolve dependencies, issues and risks between contingent and parallel projects and workstreams.

● Demonstrated knowledge of UX design processes and best practices

● Has experience managing projects in many different stages and levels of ambiguity

● Drive day-to-day operations for cross-functional and multi-team projects and initiatives.

● Collaborate closely with project leads to identify project resourcing needs.

· 8+ years of relevant UX/product design experience

· Proven ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, user-friendly experiences

· Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· Possess exceptional visual design skills and a great sense of aesthetics

· Solve problems holistically across channels for a seamless experience

· Experience managing other designers and/or agency partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and regulatory affairs specialists, to define UX requirements.

Conduct ongoing evaluation and optimization of user experiences based on usability testing and user feedback.

Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research and design, with a focus on regulatory affairs.

Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Five plus years’ experience in web-based products; 2+ years working in Agile or Lean environments.

Three plus years’ experience collaborating in design and development of new products, digital or otherwise.

Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate research-based design decisions verbally and via documentation.

Ability to analyze user needs, and lead design and execution of qualitative (and quantitative) user research on a product or experience.

Knowledge of user testing and analytics software (A/B testing, heat maps, etc.) as well as best practices in live user interviews/tests.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Primary Duties Of The Position

Additional experience in administrative duties, recruiting office management, project management, process improvement, customer service or related field

Grow, refine, and improve our participant panel management so that we can quickly launch research studies

Location: Remote but able to work PST or CST Hours

Hourly Rate: $40-47 per hour, based on experience

Proactively manage intake requests for user research studies, reviewing, triaging and updating its status

Manage additional research resources such as training materials, playbooks, panel FAQs, etc.

You are familiar with reviewing Portfolios according to business requirements

You are an expert in Design recruiting and understanding how to align talent strategies with business priorities

You have a background supporting or working in the corporate or agency Design space

You have a proven track record of identifying & engaging qualified talent in the market

You are comfortable working with cross-functional partners

Manage projects, including timelines, staffing, work plans, and budgets.

Develop relationships with government agencies, education institutions, and nonprofit organizations to participate in program evaluation and technical assistance projects.

At least two years of experience applying behavioral science or design to government or nonprofit programs.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, desire to work in a team-oriented environment, and ability to collaborate with many levels of a diverse staff.

Strong organizational skills, including an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, pay attention to details, and meet deadlines.
