Job Title: UX Researcher and Designer with Regulatory Affairs Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile UX Researcher and Designer with Regulatory Affairs experience to join our medical clients tea.. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of our digital products and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires a unique blend of UX expertise, research proficiency, design acumen, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design recommendations and user-centered design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and regulatory guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests, user interviews, and surveys to gather insights and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and regulatory affairs specialists, to define UX requirements.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation and optimization of user experiences based on usability testing and user feedback.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks and industry standards throughout the design process.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to our industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to balance user-centered design principles with regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, such as FDA guidelines, GDPR, HIPAA, or other industry-specific regulations.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UX research and design work, highlighting regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research and design, with a focus on regulatory affairs.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation of $60 per hour for this position, with a workload allocation of 70% research and 30% design.
