Experience in office management and coordination functions is an asset;

Provide technical support and guidance to Executive Office oversight and management:

Manage EDO budgets and authorize EO payments and other transactions within delegated authority.

Affinity with and knowledge of gender equality and women’s empowerment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Strong communication skills, both written and oral;

Experience in political campaigns, electoral management, organizing and/or fundraising.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Provide direct leadership, management, and mentorship to the Presidential Affairs Team.

Ensure fiscal responsibility and management of the Office of the President (Division) annual operating budget and expenses.

Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.

Labor Relations: Oversee a Director of Labor Relations, responsible for relationship development with Denver’s labor unions and coordination across city agencies.

Experience in management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or similar fields is helpful but not required.

Experience managing projects and processes, keen attention to detail, well-developed analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Candidates will have a bachelor’s or advanced degree, and at least two years of experience.

Knowledge of the hedge fund/alternative investments industry is preferred.

The capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
