What You Will Need To Be Successful:

Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene is acceptable in lieu of a 4 year degree

Pay range for this opportunity is $77,800.00 - $104,727.00.This position is eligible for commission.

Excellent organization and time management skills required

Review daily production schedule with Office Managers to assist with appropriate staffing levels and expense controls.

Additional projects and/or responsibilities, as assigned.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Able to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Must be familiar with Performance Management processes, Project Management, Coaching, Quality Management, and Developing Standards

Demonstrated leadership skills, obtained through experience or recognized through observation

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Required: College degree or equivalent work experience

Required: 5+ years manufacturing experience

EDUCATION – Bachelors’ degree in Administration, Health Care Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.

Mental and Emotional Requirements: Manages stress appropriately

EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in clinical setting.

EQUIVALENCY – Experience in a related field may substitute for a bachelor degree on a year for year basis.

Responsible for hiring staff, arranging coverage, preparing staff evaluations, implementing disciplinary actions, conducting staff meetings, and team communications. Manages schedules.

Manages day-to-day operations and personnel in planning and facilitating patient care services, for example program development and process improvement.
