JOB SUMMARY
Manage the daily operations of all dental services provided at clinic sites. Responsible for the goals and objectives of dental programs, quality assurance and improvement plan, compliance, and grant requirements related to the provision of dental services. Serve as a resource person for all dental staff and providers, resolving operational and other daily issues. Perform dental care as needed to meet the program objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of a four-year accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a health care or public health field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a dental setting, with one (1) year’s management experience and RDH preferred; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
