High degree of Analytical and Forecasting experience working both autonomously and within a cross functional matrix approach to stakeholder management

Consumer Packaged Goods Industry experience preferred

Proficient in SAP a plus; Demand Planning Software i.e. 7th Online; and highly developed Excel skills.

Cross functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Finance, Sales and operations teams

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting/supply chain planning role

Experience with S&OP a necessity, IBP experience preferred

Advanced analytic capability with a strong mathematical and statistical knowledge

Expert level knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, Excel a positive

Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail experience a plus

Scheduling regular forecast review meetings with management

Understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

Strong proficiency and skills using Power BI with experience in developing Demand Planning Models and Tools

3 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role

Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision as a self-starter.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance or related field

3-5 years’ experience in Planning in the wholesale fashion industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)

Review and develop an understanding of current product assortments by retailers

Develop location-level demand plan on assigned categories to minimize backorders and multiple fulfillments

Provide forecast to Orders Specialist to place Purchas Orders, Transfer Orders, and backflush

BA/BS degree in the field of Supply Chain/Operations, Economics, Finance, Business Management or relative industry experience

Local point of contact for sales, finance, allocations & fulfillment representing Operations

Responsible for the Monthly Business Review (MBR) Planning Package run with GTM & Finance

Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with Sales, Marketing and Finance counterparts

Build, manage and refine Excel and other software reporting tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau and Google Sheets

Experience with Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets

Manage quotas modification forecasts (with supply and FMR when needed) and coordinate actions after forecast modification requests feedback

Update regional supply team and master file after validating with Product managers

Manage quota issues with supply team and sales ops

4-5 years of experience in marketing or planning function with strong forecasting and budget experience

Ensure forecasting tool is up to date (coordinate reconciliation with supply team tools FM) to ensure teams visibility is accurate

Send weekly emails (to each department involved in FM run) to:

Prepare and present demand planning reports and KPIs to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Skills / Requirements :
