Communicating intra-day cash flow information in real time to Portfolio Management and Trading teams

Financial services or mutual fund industry experience is preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions is essential

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, with an emphasis in Excel

Review and approve firm communications to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance with a broker dealer or other financial services company.

Experience with Federal and State securities laws and rules and regulations of self-regulatory organizations required.

Experience with investment company and investment adviser is preferred.

Detailed knowledge of Federal Securities Laws governing mutual funds and investment advisers

College degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, and Data Analytics, or the equivalent education and experience

Materials management, supply chain, or warehouse experience is a plus

Manage to relevant KPI’s specific to parts operations and parts operations support responsibilities, ensuring high level of service and accountability.

3+ years’ automotive experience, preferably in an After Sales, field, or retail capacity

Experience in automotive retail parts and/or service is plus

Customer service experience is a plus

Prepare ad hoc reports per request from upper management.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. Or experience 2-5yrs

Presentation experience to a credit committee.

Experience with analyzing loan requests to ensure legal compliance and reaching a conclusion as to risk position of the loan.

Experience in underwriting expertise with automotive dealer borrowers and syndicated loan facilities.

Provide cash flow analyses for all proposed loans.

Excellent communication skills in English, both in speaking and writing.

Strong initiative, analytical ability, and problem solving skills.

Spanish and Portuguese language skills a plus.

Provide active support to Retail desk with trade-related processes. Liaison with IT to resolve system issues.
