0-3 years Sales Operations, Sales Finance, and/or Deal Desk experience

Analytical experience deriving useful insights from data and being able to effectively identify and communicate the key takeaways to senior leaders

Experience with Salesforce (or other CRMs), Steelbrick and/or CPQ (Configure Price Quote) is a plus

Experience in the Multifamily housing industry is a plus

Software Sales or Consulting experience is a plus

Organizational, multitasking, customer service, and prioritization skills

Work with the sales and customer growth teams to address complex transactions, customer renewals, pricing strategy, quote management, and contract reviews.

1-3 years in a SaaS environment, ideally in a deal-supporting or data management Business/Operations role

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks

Review master agreements and work with sales executives to address order language, pricing, and approvals.
