6+ years experience working in data management with databases and/or content management systems

Excellent time-management and project management skills and the ability to manage timelines for multiple projects

Experience working at a studio, distributor, film sales, production company, agency, management firm or other entertainment operation

Manage stakeholder requests and drive stakeholder alignment when needed

Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem to diagnose problems and devise solutions

Knowledge of data lifecycle and data governance concepts

2+ years experience in deal desk, order management, or a similar role.

Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and communicate priorities effectively with cross-functional teams.

Continuously improve the order management process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.

Experience working with sales teams and customers to manage sales orders.

Support Sales and work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations departments to optimize and close deals.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
