Maintains safe spill free floors (sales floor, backroom, restrooms, office, breakroom, etc.) by sweeping and mopping.

Empties trash cans and trash bins throughout the interior and the exterior of store property.

Maintains office and employee breakroom areas.

Wipe down all walls and appliances (pop machines, vending machines, ATM, cases, rails, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal skills

Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in both computer and manual systems.

Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and ordering of parts and supplies as directed.

Develop and issue computer reports as requested.

Research availability and source of purchase for emergency and critical spare parts and repair parts.

Compile information such as identification of items, costs, vendor, freight charges, etc. for purchasing of all maintenance materials.

Maintenance Clerk is responsible for verifying and maintaining records regarding Maintenance materials.

Manage maintenance information to ensure smooth operation of the maintenance department.

Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced computer literacy is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Responsible to operate office equipment, generate invoices, multi-task, kit parts, stock inventory, cycle count and maintain inventory records

Have the ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures and documents.

6 months of tool maintenance experience at a commercial nuclear power plant

Experience using measuring and test equipment

Experience using basic hand and power tools

Possess intermediate computer skills (MS Office, SAP)

Maintain inventory of tools, consumables, and measurement and test equipment in the assigned tool room

Routinely inspect and cleaning equipment and facilities related to tool control
