Job Title: Maintenance Clerk
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Have the ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures and documents.
• Manage maintenance information to ensure smooth operation of the maintenance department.
• Responsible to operate office equipment, generate invoices, multi-task, kit parts, stock inventory, cycle count and maintain inventory records
• They will create worksheets for tracking and documentation purposes.
• Maintenance Clerk is responsible for verifying and maintaining records regarding Maintenance materials.
• Contact vendors and team members regarding documentation for repair orders.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• The position will be required to demonstrate an ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, departments, vendors, and candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced computer literacy is required.
• High school diploma required. This position will be required to perform basic math, reading and writing as well as basic computer skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:

• The job is performed under frequent temperature variations and in a food manufacturing warehouse environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift to 25 lbs. is required.
• Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 50% or more walking, and 50% or more standing.
• The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and some fine finger dexterity.
