Combination of education and experience

2 - 3 years’ previous experience in analytics preferred

Analyze and become proficient in interacting with our data flows and system objects

Participate in monitoring processes for data exchanges

Documents policies, procedures and standards based upon guidance from Corporate Security Management.

Knowledge and experience with various standards (PCI/DSS, SOX, FedRAMP HIPAA etc.)

Continuously research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance our cybersecurity automation capabilities.

Manage repository for control documentation and update documents as needed.

Ability to manage changing workloads while maintaining a sense of priorities and delivering quality service within required timeframes.

Ability to learn new technologies and applications and apply that knowledge to daily workflows.

Some knowledge of SQL (helpful but not required)

-Experience with Fortra (formerly GoAnywhere) Managed File Transfer (MFT) system or other comparable managed file transfer systems

-College degree or equivalent experience

-File transfer security standards knowledge (SFTP, PGP file encryption, key authentication, IP restrictions

-Identifies applicable security/data standards when reviewing requirements and recommends controls to ensure compliance

-Interprets policies and applies experience

-Experience working with AWS, Kafka, Databricks, Java, Python and SQL

• Have experience working with complex databases and ensuring accurate data entry

A Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Clinical Data Operations Analyst for a remote opportunity.

• Assess, track and manage end user compliance with operational data governance and system standards

• Complete data entry into R&D systems

• Manage resolutions of identified data quality issues for internal systems and vendor data feeds

Strong business consulting, analytical, organizational, and project management skills

Package and present recommendations to executive and global management through a balance of quantitative analysis and qualitative outside-in perspectives

Identify (and answer!) critical operational questions, providing thoughtful, detail-oriented recommendations to leadership

Build a strong internal network of experts and resources to help drive effective change

Highly proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (we use Looker), and Excel

Proven ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
