Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to identify and collect requirements for monitoring of our next-generation data centers.

Ensuring that critical alarms are accurately Responded to, Acknowledged, Investigated, and Dispatched.

Help build and align the FOC with the critical requirements of Nvidia’s next generation data centers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Driver Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Support Ops to identify data requirements and define metrics for performance evaluation

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex datasets

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar platforms

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to influence and gain consensus with senior stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience with inventory management systems

Follow processes related to material handling and inventory/asset management including inventory accuracy, material/good receipts, etc

Maintain parts room to meet the physical inventory storage requirements

Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet use (basic formulas, data validation, pivot tables etc)

Former business IT inventory operations experience desired

Capable of providing an outstanding customer and team experience

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Engineering or a related field.

Graduate degree and/or 1-2 years of work experience is a plus.

Superb analytical skills, persistence in problem solving, and ability to learn quickly and independently

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience working with AWS (Glue, Athena)

Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage production and supply chain activities

3-5 years professional experience in data analysis, production planning, or similar role preferred

Maintain real-time data quality by monitoring assets in DQM from compliance/trading systems (CRD) and proprietary order management systems (TES).

• Using any Portfolio Management System (Example: CRD, Eagle, Aladdin)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, allowing for effective decision-making and issue resolution.

Operations KPI’s and provide reports to executive management on service availability and infrastructure performance.

Maintain knowledge of company-wide systems and processes, recommending enhancements and training opportunities, as needed.

Frequently applies technical knowledge to resolve more complex problems.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of data reporting systems and the tracking software, both conforming to company and industry standards.

Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives.

Perform analysis and valuation for system improvement, data quality and usage metrics, and data integration.

Develop a strong prioritization framework to ensure team is focused on highest-value initiatives.

Experience in operations or supply chain management is a plus

1-3 years of experience in data analysis or related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns

Experience with data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
