Data Analytics With Hr Experience Jobs in Ohio

Respond to calls and emails from all levels of management regarding team member records

Resolve issues when appropriate and escalate further concerns to the HR Records/Benefits Manager, when necessary

Excellent organizational and alpha/numeric data entry skills

Minimum two years of work experience in a clerical position

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Some word processing and spreadsheet experience

1. Previous HR or People Analytics experience required.

2. Experience with data visualization and dashboard development tools

3. Experience with relational databases, understanding of data query preferred.

4. Experience with HRIS systems required.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Healthcare or related field.

2. Years of relevant experience: 3 years is required.

1-3 years working experience in people analytics or data analytics

Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI as analyst or specialist

Leveraging People Analytics products to answer business questions through analytical analysis, research, and summarization

Creation of People Analytics "Summary of Findings" including readouts, published reports, executive summaries, and detailed results of analytical deeper dive discoveries

Work on specific targeted projects to develop reports/slides, summarizing findings and trends

Field Performance Insights (connecting People data to store and customer insights)
