Facilitate the process of extending job offers by sending offer emails and addressing any inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Develop and revise comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations of each role.

Craft persuasive and compelling recruiting emails aimed at attracting passive candidates who possess the desired qualifications.

B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising, or relata ed field or equivalent experience.

1+ year experience conducting quantitative analysis in a professional, academic, or other capacity.

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write professionally.

Comfort collaborating in a remote/hybrid environment over Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.

Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or, Looker Studio preferred.

Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, etc. with the ability to use advanced formulas and pivot tables.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Worksite: Leading streaming company (Remote, Candidates located on the East Coast/ET time zone are preferred)

Run data audits and research and resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies

Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from the People + Culture functional leaders and providing both ongoing and ad-hoc data analysis.

3+ years of experience in advanced analytics.
