Manage requirements using Azure DevOps in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements.

1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Experience working through full product implementation cycle (analysis, design, testing).

Good personality, quick learner, able to adapt, excellent communication skills. These are the primary skill sets.

Review and update documentation for Service Desk knowledge share

Experience with Java and JavaScript is a plus

Triaging, working and prioritizing assigned service desk tickets

Creating and testing database scripts

Provide Service Desk phone support as needed

Translate solution blueprint and business requirements to functional and technical requirements.

Maintain and enhance knowledge with federal mandate, company mandates and health insurance transactions and standards (HIPAA x12, HL7, FHIR, etc.).

Understand and enhance knowledge of the interactions between systems, applications, and services within the environment.

Must have knowledge of health insurance business processes.

Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI (837I/P/D, 277CA, 270/ 271, 276/ 277, 278, 834, 835).

Serve as a liaison between solution architecture, business, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of the business technology solutions.

Perform analysis on business provided documents and processes to identify gaps/issues and provide recommendations/requirements on adjustments

Minimum 8 years of experience.

Support the development of the enterprise taxonomy and business metadata, including but not limited data dictionaries and business glossaries

Ensure data element lineage and other business and technical metadata is well documented

Identify and support execution of process improvement opportunities

Creates and maintains appropriate documentation and operating procedures for all process work
