Business Analyst I / Junior BA (W2 ONLY)

Pay: $32 - $35/hour on W2

Important: This is a Junior role, we are looking for about 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst. Senior level BAs need not apply.

Key skill sets: MS Office Suite, good personality, quick learner, able to adapt, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements using Azure DevOps in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Serve as technical resource for the planning and execution of projects; plan and participate in business requirements, including hands-on functional and technical testing of new or modified systems.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Evaluate/research business problems. Create wireframes to document solution design.
• Participate in UAT Testing.
• Document functional requirements and process flows, and design documents.
• Create User Stories to align with business needs and define acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Business Analyst working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good personality, quick learner, able to adapt, excellent communication skills. These are the primary skill sets.
• Experience working through full product implementation cycle (analysis, design, testing).
• Proficiency with MS-Office applications is required.

Nice to have but no required

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Figma.
• Healthcare industry experience.
