Role: PHP Developer with Laravel

Work closely & effectively with team members and key projects stakeholders, including research, design, product management, and engineering

Partner with various Quality Management System (QMS) business teams to support data needs

• Proficient Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills

Translate non-technical data requirements into metrics, reports, and visualization dashboards

Partner with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports

Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience, with 3+ years hands on using Tableau required

Minimum 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL or equivalent required

10+ years experience as a Program Manager with significant exposure to complex organizations, processes and systems

Experience with end-to-end business process mapping, and workflow analysis to identify areas of inefficiency, gaps, and bottlenecks

Experience planning, creating, and implementing internal tools.

Familiarity with design-thinking, user-centric design, customer journey mapping, persona development

Ability to follow instructions and respond to managements’ directions accurately.

Gathers, organizes and prepares source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database.

Reviews data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and corrects any data entry errors or duplications.

Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone.

Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.

Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience;

Experience in program/product/engineering/sales operations organizations;

Run End to End lifecycle of complex projects that contribute to Ad’s roadmap;

Leading key operating rhythms within ad’s team.

Hands-on experience on data analysis projects, academic or industrial.

End-to-end data science project experience is a plus.
