Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:

Work with lead consultant, peer data analyst and Quality manager to understand and contribute to database rules, specifications, and quality process

Masters in Pharmacology or Pharmaceutics (with relevant experience), Pharma D, Clinical Practice, Master’s in Public Health and Epidemiology

Basic understanding of Information science, Systematic Literature review, Health-economics and public health sectors, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Pharmacology and clinical research is a must

One (1) year IT work experience and knowledge of data quality assurance, data analysis, and data modeling required.

Other related skills and/or abilities may be required to perform this job.

Experience in Healthcare domain is preferred.

Analytical thinking; accuracy and attention to detail skills.

Written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.

Support in the development of short- and long-term solutions of information architecture strategies.

Responsible for data analytics projects including the requirements gathering, delivery timing, technical reports, and final presentations to stakeholders.

Candidate should have experience analyzing data for trends and insights. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, and PySpark preferred.

Develop visualizations utilizing Tableau that track various KPIs and provide actionable information to stakeholders.

Clearly and transparently communicates the status of current projects, new possible opportunities, and roadblocks to success to departmental leadership.

Leverage data from various database platforms using SQL.

Perform statistical analysis such as control charts, regression, hypothesis testing, and reliability analysis.

Continuously assess and enhance existing data analysis processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
