We're currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Franklin TN (Hybrid).

The Quality Data Systems and Analytics group is in search of a motivated individual to leverage state of the art technologies to provide our stakeholders with key customer satisfaction insights. Our group uses Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning on data such as warranty, surveys, and vehicle telemetry to provide actionable information to the region.

Job functions Include but are not limited to:

• Leverage data from various database platforms using SQL.
• Clearly and transparently communicates the status of current projects, new possible opportunities, and roadblocks to success to departmental leadership.
• Perform statistical analysis such as control charts, regression, hypothesis testing, and reliability analysis.
• Supervised skills training and applied knowledge projects to support: Machine learning algorithms with text analytics and natural language processing to find key business insights.
• Monitor machine learning deployments and retraining of machine learning models.
• Responsible for data analytics projects including the requirements gathering, delivery timing, technical reports, and final presentations to stakeholders.
• Develop visualizations utilizing Tableau that track various KPIs and provide actionable information to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in (Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent).
• Candidate should have experience analyzing data for trends and insights. Experience with SQL, Tableau, Machine Learning, Python, and PySpark preferred.
