5 or more years of related work experience in the industry.

Identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders in the development of key operational efficiencies through automation.

Assisting management with FTZ Compliance Reviews/Audits and if needed interacting directly with US port officials and US Customs

Develop relationships and interface with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure all P66 hydrocarbon import requirements are being met

3 to 5 years of experience in front/mid office commodity operations

3 or more years of Experience in International Trade Compliance (eg. Imports, Exports, Foreign Trade Zones, Drawback etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required due to interactions with refinery personnel, accounting analyst, broker and government agents

Prior experience with Alteryx and Tableau

4+ years experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products

Passion for financial products, with past experience working at a brokerage or fintech company

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Working knowledge of ABI system and all entry processes

Answering questions from colleagues, clients, and other offices, regarding regulations pertaining to imports/exports affecting the United States

Responding to inquiries for authorization to ship to USA

Rating shipments (using the US Harmonized Tariff code book) for Customs clearance.

Liaising between US customs and clients

Knowledge in entry preparation, classifying and compiling

Ensure carnets, licenses, etc. are properly maintained, tracked, and returned

Ensures staff are meeting KPIs and other department goals

Oversees billing processes, coordinates collections and resolves major billing problems;

Communicates requirements to open, fund and maintain a TIAA brokerage/managed account.

Understands the regulatory requirements to open and maintain a brokerage/managed account.

Initiates money movement requests and/or processes account opening transactions.

Deposits client funds into the correct account.

Performs various account maintenance processing/updates as directed by supervisor.

Completes brokerage operation activities in a timely manner and at established productivity levels.

This role manages creative business to consumer acquisition content, including websites, direct mail, email and social media.

Continuously optimizes and improves the customer experience.
