This role works closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer strategies are aligned with the company’s overall objectives. The Customer Strategy Senior Manager is also responsible for developing customer segmentation and targeting strategies, as well as creating customer loyalty programs. The Customer Strategy Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing customer insights and analytics to inform customer strategies. Additionally, the Customer Strategy Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, as well as identifying and implementing customer experience improvements.
