Knowledge of or experience in the Healthcare industry

Manage and develop team members, creating an effective, multi-layered organization with future leaders

5+ years of work experience

3+ years experience leading and building driven, successful teams

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Assist in vendor management (onboarding, contract reviews, assessments, scoping), handle budgets and financial forecasting.

Basic understanding of project management tools, including JIRA & Confluence

3+ years of experience in the media, digital or data analytics spaces

Media agency experience preferred but not required

Understand the balance between business-as-usual work and longer-term, strategic roadmap priorities and resource accordingly.

Minimum 10 years of marketing, sales, or business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the CPG industry required

Relevant project management or consulting work is preferred

Experience and skill presenting concepts to multiple audiences, including senior leadership

Manage customer marketing budgets by planning and aligning with strategic accounts to deliver effective and profitable programs.

Business acumen with strong analytical skills and demonstrated technical competence
